10/10 definitely recommend Tremors. We called this morning because of a backed up sewage line that another plumber said he couldn’t do and recommended an expensive alternative. We called him this morning, he was here by 2 and finished by 230. We told him what happened and he was at the ready. And don’t even get me started how wonderful and friendly they are! Def will be calling them if there’s anything else that goes wrong.

Tremors is THE plumbing service we're going to call going forward! We had a leak in the supply pipe between the street and the house that we finally located - called Francisco, and he was out within the hour despite it being a late Saturday afternoon. He was extremely thorough in explaining our options, made sure we would be fine overnight and arrived promptly the next morning. Together with Jordan he completed the pretty significant job by Sunday evening, despite some unexpected complications - and left the place better looking than it had been! Francisco is super knowledgeable and a great communicator, always making sure we knew what was going on and how it would be addressed, and working around our schedules with water shutoffs. I had a severe drainage that was backed up all the way. I had a company to come out and look at my problem. After snaking the pipes and installing a new clean out, they were not able to unclog. Finally, thru friend referral, I had a chance to consult with Francisco. He is knowledgeable and professional. He came with his specialize industrial drain cleaner and with a single shot unclog my drain. He saved me from spending tens of thousands of dollars. Francisco really saved the day. I would recommended him to anyone that have clogged pipes or drainage issues.

Looking for a reliable plumber who won't price gouge you? This is the place. We met Francisco years ago and have hired him for multiple plumbing problems in our house. There hasn't been a plumbing blockage he's not able to clear. Two times we tried different plumbers and they were fine but they always upselled for more work that didn't seem needed in our home. Francisco never did that. He gave advice about what would be best for our house but never really pushed. Recently we hired Francisco to do a sewer replacement line and you couldn't ask for a better plumber to get you through this horrible experience. Having your sewer line replaced is extremely stressful because it costs $$$ and you're dependent on a good plumber you can trust and the city inspectors. Francisco and his guys works HARD to get the line replaced the day before the shelter in place. If they didn't work as hard as they did we'd be out of water for months because the inspectors weren't coming out to approve anything. Once the SIP was lifted, the inspectors came out and the inspection was smooth. Everything was done correctly and as quickly as possible. One thing to know: Francisco is BUSY and that's because his long term customers know he's good, reliable, and has fair honest prices. He will call you back but keep trying if you're not able to get through. Just know he's busy and his team literally works 12 hour days EVERYDAY. If you're lucky to hire him you won't regret it.
